You will need to save the Word document twice before using this page to send the member newsletters. Do a Save As Web page, and a Save As Text Only. Then when filling in this page, Browse to the two files you saved in order to fill in the HTML file (the web page Save As) and the TEXT file. All Active members who have chosen Home or Business as their preferred email address will receive the email.

If you want to do a test (to your own email address, for example), enter the fields above AND a test email address. Then only the test email address will receive the email. This allows you to do a test to make sure the emails are being sent and received correctly. After you verify the test email was received and looks OK, you can resubmit this page and leave the test email address blank in order to actually send to the members.
